Ypsilanti Residents Directory is a privately run reference. It describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections connected with Ypsilanti and Michigan. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a public office, court, or record custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Neither the service nor material found through it may be used to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions
- Scrape, copy, or republish service content at scale
- Disrupt the service's operation or security
3. Consumer Reporting Status
The service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Nothing provided here or by a linked search tool is a consumer report. It may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Linked Services
Government portals and independent services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or information practices.
5. No Warranty
The service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that material is accurate, complete, or current, or that a linked portal will operate or provide a correct result.
6. Liability Limits

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Visitors may link to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Republishing full pages or systematically copying the material is not permitted.

12. Severability
